Terms and Conditions
To the Customer:
Glamawear(tm) hopes that every customer of Glamawear(tm) products is totally satisfied with the Glamawear(tm) products ordered from us.
We understand that sometimes things may go wrong. All our staff our trained that the satisfaction and happiness of the customer is the highest priority. All Glamawear(tm) goods are carefully selected and inspected for obvious defects prior to being despatched to you, the customer. This should prevent unecessary problems arising from product defects. We appreciate that sometimes we will need to specifically manage a customer's order in respect of a problem, so should any product not meet with your expectations, please contact us to discuss the matter with you so we can help you get the most from the Glamawear(tm) product range and services. Color Saturations:
Catalog pictures are representative of the Glamawear(tm) stock items. Due to lighting during photography and color variations in manufacture the items may differ from the picture slightly. Glamawear(tm) provides the items as close to the catalog picture as possible and may subsitute similar items of similar quality of materials and manufacture. Your rights are not affected in any way.
Glamawear(tm) Voucher Schemes:
Glamawear(tm) vouchers are not currency and can only be used with Glamawear(tm) products in accordance with the instructions printed on the voucher. Some printed vouchers have expiry dates, other virtual and printed vouchers run according to details published with the products.
Any Glamawear(tm) printed voucher only has a face value of 0.01p, not the value of the offer printed on the voucher. This should not affect the use of the voucher by a customer to discount an order using the value of the discount voucher. Each voucher has a unique id code to protect the company from fraud.
Whilst the face value of Glamavoucher(tm) is 0.01p. The value indicated by the Glamavoucher(tm) code (in the currency indicated) is redeemable against orders placed at this site only for the value indicated on the voucher for that currency at the time of purchase and use of the voucher.
Substitutions: Glamawear on occasions may offer a similar item to the item selected. Customers are notified of product substitutions. All normal customers rights apply to the substituted products.
Disclaimer: Goods are supplied on a 14 day money back guarantee and all your statutory rights apply. Goods must be returned in the original packing together with the order reference number from the invoice despatched with the goods being returned, and a returns number. Returns numbers are provided by us when you contact us to discuss the reason for returing your items. A copy of the original invoice will help processing the return more effectively.
