Our Stock:
We hope that rather than having to look at each item and then select item size, and or color then add to cart to check if the item is in stock, we show all items in stock and we show items out of stock with message below the particular product. You will see them at category level so you can see all items we carry in our catalogue. This means that immediately by clicking on the category if we have one or more items of the product in a certain color and certain size you will instantly see the product size and or color. We think this is more helpful to our shoppers and easy and quicker to choose the right items for your trolley.
How can we help more? If an item is out of stock, there is usually only a few hours to wait for it to be re-stocked for most products. If you would like us to notify you of the re-stock of an item you would like to purchase then please send us an email with a message content of 'STOCKCHECK SKU xxxxxxxx' with the correct SKU code for the product instead of 'xxxxxxx'. We check these emails during the re-stocking and so you will be the first to know and then be able to buy. Check our Contact Information section for emailing details.
While Shopping :
You only need to choose the item's color and size. The product SKU selection is automatic and is used for the warehouse to select the items you ordered.
Searching for items can be useful. If you type a word or two of what you're looking for and click the magnifying glass a list appears for the closest matches. You can then go to the products directly.
Also, if you are looking for an item you have purchased already, to order again, enter the SKU number shown next to the product on the order slip sent with your previous order.
The Shopping Cart (Shopping Trolley/Basket) :
We reward new and existing customers with special gifts in the hope that you will enjoy shopping with us even more.
When you select a product, or maybe a selection of products, you will automatically see your free gifts between the products list and the shopping totals.
If you have been given or sent a Gift Voucher then enter the Gift Voucher details in the shopping basket area where indicated. If you have entered the correct information and the voucher is valid the items/discount will be shown in the trolley/cart before you go to the payment details.
Paying with Credit/Debit Cards:
Getting through the payment process as easily and accurately as possible. Your payment details are sent direct to a credit card authorised 3rd party UK company. Your Credit Card details are processed by an authorised secure payment system on behalf of the credit card companies and so are not visible to our company staff. Also your address information is used for sending you your products.
If you enter an email address (**please double check that you enter your correct email address**) and a password and :-
- You are an existing customer, a lot of the forms will be pre-filled*
- You are a new customer, when you return to shop with us you will save entering all the same details again*.
* not your debit/credit card details of course!
** your confirmation order details will be sent to this address and is used in all email correspondence.
What is shown on your payment statement?
When you receive your payment statement from your card issuer, the entry will be shown with text like 'RSL Group Ltd'. If you correspond with us you can, for a discreet enquiry, use this email; otherwise please send queries to the Glamawear email. For the email details please see Contact Section.
What is Pussycat Funding ?
Glamawear(tm) places money from sales into the Pussycat fund. This means that where you see the Pussycat logo all the sizes will cost the same. On larger sizes more material is used and therefore the cost increases to cover the manufacture of the larger sizes. The Pussycat fund means everyone gets to choose the Glamawear(tm) item they like without the worry of extra cost.
