Glamawear Statutes
Glamawear is committed to provide a high quality, friendly and helpful service to all our customers. We aim to provide the highest quality goods and services at the best and valued prices for our customers. We know that sometimes things can go wrong and we aim to resolve any problems with our goods or services as quickly and as effectively as possible to keep our customers happy and confident in Glamawear goods and services.
Glamawear had to make some statement to our customers of legally related issues to protect both our and our customers' legal rights.
These are as follows :-
Glamawear provides goods and services under terms of 'Sale of Goods Act'. This protects the consumer against defective goods and services.
Information that is known to third parties is limited to the companies and service providers that support the sale and delivery of goods from this site. Glamawear does not sell or disclose any information from this site to anybody or any third party under any circumstances. We may ask customers if they would like to provide information to us for use by third parties, but it's their choice not ours. Your confidential and private information is just that, confidential and private.
Glamawear endeavours to ensure that all our customers enjoy and are satisfied with the goods and services we provide. In the event that any customer is not satisfied with the goods or services provided by us our total liability is limited to but not automatically set to the total cost of the payment or payments made by the customer for the products and services related to the reason for the disastifaction.
In the event of a bulk order for a particular sheduled event, Glamawear must be made aware in advance of purchase or at time of purchase and give written confirmation that orders will be dispatched in time for parcels to reach the customer in advance of the event. We can not guarantee beyond despatch to the courier timescales for arrival of goods. We will however take necessary steps to ensure that the goods (or duplicate goods) are given enough time to arrive at the venue in the times agreed. In the event that any customer is not satisfied with the goods or services provided by us our total liability is limited to but not automatically set to the total cost of the payment or payments made by the customer for the products and services related to the reason for the disatisfaction.
