Orders received berfore 2pm are sent next day, orders after 2pm will be processed and dispatched the following day ready for next day delivery that day.
We send your products in plain package or parcel with just the name and address details entered by you on your order and courier/parcel details. There are no details or indication on the packing about us or on your credit card (see 'Have Fun while Shopping section' for further details), so you can shop in confidence with us. All correspondence via email or telephone has no indication of our brand name either.
In almost all cases people who order products from us received them, use them and everyone is very happy.
On rare occasions for one reason or another things may go wrong. Tell us if there is a problem with the delivery of the products, the contents of your parcel/package or a size problem. Let us know as soon as you can. We know some of our customers are busy people and we understand. If you give us all the details and let us help sort things out so you can enjoy the items you are purchasing from us.
On rare occasions if for some reason the parcel carrier has significantly damaged the parcel and possibly the contents, tell us before opening it, so we can sort this out with the carrier and help get your products to you in perfect condition. We may send a next day replacement whilst this is being resolved with the carrier so you have a trouble free shopping experience with us.
If you receive products and decide they are not what you were expecting. Contact us to see what we can do to help. If we can exchange them for you, offer you a gift voucher or if you would like to return the goods for a full refund. We would like you to feel that shopping with us is a friendly hassle free experience. When sending you replacement or exchange items we pay the delivery costs for you. When you return items to us, we ask that you pay the return postage costs and in return we send you discount vouchers for your next purchase from us. We hope you feel this a fair policy.

RETURNS POLICY (Customers in the European Union)
If you are not satisfied with your purchase simply contact us for a RETURNS NUMBER and return the goods in an unused condition & in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase with the RETURNS NUMBER clearly marked on the package. We will then credit your account. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the safe return of the goods. The customer's return shipping costs cannot be refunded. The above does not affect your statutory rights. Our Terms & Conditions are subject to English Law & Courts.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase simply simply contact us for a RETURNS NUMBER and return the goods in an unused condition & in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt. The package must be clearly marked with the RETURNS NUMBER and with the following statement “RETURNED GOODS RELIEF CLAIMED”. If the package does not clearly state the above, We may not be able to accept delivery of the return package. Upon return of the goods, we will then credit your account to the value of the goods. The postage costs in getting the goods to you are however not refundable. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the safe return of the goods.
